1 - Prices - Project prices may vary according to the scope defined. E-commerce and systems projects require a detailed briefing in order to make an accurate budget estimate;
2 - Promotion - The 10% discount promotion is valid until 31/12/2024 and is subject to the payment method indicated and changes without prior notice;
3 - Payment - We offer three payment options: 1 - 50% of the price at the start of the project and the remaining 50% on delivery. 2 - 15% discount for cash payments. 3 - Credit card in up to 10x interest-free installments. E-commerce projects and systems may have customized payment terms. All payments will be linked to an invoice;
4 - Changes - During the briefing and design phases, the client will be able to provide feedback and request changes to the layouts. After the start of the development phase, changes to the scope or design will not be permitted;
5 - Delivery time - Institutional websites: average of 30 working days; Dynamic websites: average of 45 working days; E-commerce and systems: the deadline will be determined after the briefing meeting, based on the scope of the project; Deadlines may change depending on requests for modifications during the design stage and the final scope;
6 - Prerequisites for institutional and dynamic websites - The client must provide a clear scope, as well as visual references, logo, color palette and brand manual, if available. It is necessary to hire hosting and a domain with access to the administrative panel. We don't offer these services, but we will assist you in contracting them if necessary;
7 - Prerequisites for e-commerces and systems - In addition to the basic requirements mentioned above, it is essential that the company has a modus operandi adapted to e-commerce routines or systems management. We do not work on defining internal business rules, but are limited to web development;
8 - Domain and Server - Although we do not offer server and domain services, we will assist you in contracting them if necessary. The ownership and administration of these services, including renewals, are the sole responsibility of the contractor. These costs are not included in the project budget;
9 - Titularity - Ownership of the project, as well as the domain and hosting services, will always rest with the contractor;
10 - Guarantee - The customer may administer the site as they wish, revoking our access after delivery. However, they will be liable for any damage caused to the site or cyber attacks. We offer an optional maintenance package, where check-inCode is responsible for updates, backups and technical management for 1 year. Details and prices will be discussed at the briefing meeting;
11 - Contract - For each stage of the project, a contract will be drawn up with specific terms, in the name of the contractor (owner company) and the contractor (CHECK-INCODE STUDIO DESENVOLVIMENTO WEB LTDA);
12 - Sending information - By submitting information via the contact form, the user agrees to our terms of use and privacy policy. The information provided will not be used for publicity or advertising;
